Strength and Cardiovascular Training
Details
A balance of strength and cardiovascular exercizes designed to tone muscles, shed fat, and increase metabolism. Particapants enjoy a group setting, but progress at an individual pace using a variety of interval stations performing cardio and weight training activities. Each evening alters the regimen to continually challange all muscle groups. The program maximizes fitness by preventing the fitness-plateau that occurs when the body adjusts to an exercise.
Mondays and Thursdays for 4 weeks, beginning January 4, 2010
