Lindy Fundamentals

The Ballroom Dance Company will teach Lindy Fundamentals starting this fall. You can register on their web site at www.ballroomdancecompany.org.
Lindy Fundamentals is for dancers looking to improve their basic Lindy Hop. We focus on the connection, counterbalance, frame, and posture which form the foundation of Lindy Hop leading and following.
Graduates of this class will feel comfortable doing the swing out, lindy circle, and other basics at slow and fast tempos and with both strange and familiar partners. We also build on some Charleston basics, including tandem Charleston, 20s Charleston, and transitions between the styles.
Students also receive "student discounts" at our monthly swing dances.
No partner required. Prerequisite: Beginner Swing Dancing
