Brief Bio
We have been jitterbugging since 1999. In 2003, Tina won her first regional dance championship. A year later, she formed Lindy Hoppers Unlimited to perform and instruct in Maryland. Tina teamed with Mike in 2005 to win the Swing Fling professional-amateur dance competion in Northern Virginia. In 2007, Tina and Mike founded Head Over Heels to spread their passion for Lindy Hop to audiences in Northern Virginia.
When we started dancing, we had mentors that helped us grow and channeled our energy into a lifelong love of dancing. We believe everyone can dance. Our mission is to create a non-intimidating atmosphere where learning to dance is easy and fun.

When you register for class or purchase tickets for a dance online, we will send you a receipt via email, and you will be automatically added to the roster. You may choose to print the receipt and bring it with you just to be safe.
